Mum Mum Hibachi

The owners of MuM MuM Hibachi, Komang and Joan Paramerta, have grown a small independent restaurant that takes a creative approach to the interaction of the farm-to-table movement and Japanese cuisine. MuM MuM offers an extensive menu of hibachi style food, including appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, specials, and desert.

A husband and wife trying to make a life. We started with a food trailer during the pandemic. We both were working in restaurants when it happened and decided to do something more. We wanted to give good quality food at a reasonable price. We are blessed that it allowed us to expand to a permanent restaurant in Athens. We want to continue to give good product with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
